Nice website!! Very original and interesting-especially the PICTURES!!
Hello from Sunny Florida! Love the website and all the great pictures and info. Looks like you have been having lots of fun! We are clogging here, too and even have done the Riverdance routine by Shane! My friends from Troy, Mich. Jerry and Martha Bock, clog with Shane and winter down here, so we have had fun sharing cue sheets and dances. Looking forward to being back with you starting in May. Love, Nancy Dimock
It's great! Nice work. :)
Howdy from Weatherford, Texas!!!!The website is wonderful! Love all the pictures and the cue sheets.Look forward to clogging together again soon.Cindy
CONGRATULATIONS on the GREAT website!!
The web site looks great! Congrats and thanks for getting this up and running. Maybe we'll get some new additions as a result of the website. :)
Great Web site!!! I wish you taught closer to Traverse City. Your classes sound like a lot of fun.
Look at all the wonderful things our club President can do!!! You are wonderful!! The website is very cool!!! Joy
Great website and cute pictures--looks like you all have lots of fun!
Love the site. Looking at the photos, I'd say your having a great time! Dig the 80s workout wear!!!!Way To Keep It Real!
I am so very very distraught over the fact that you did not indicate the time at Wellington Farm Park. I don't know if I will be able to recover over the distraughtness. As a Farm Park Member I feel so darn violated. Any way--very nice site, even though Wellington Farm Park was omitted.
Seems the entire group thinks they are "sexy" lately
I love the website, you did a great job. Love the color :-P Go State! I hope I will be in town for one of your performances. See you soon!!!
This website is an excellent addition to our wonderful group. Great job Sarah! I encourage anyone who is interested in clogging to come and see a performance or attend a class. The exercise is fun for the body and mind, and the people are super. It is a joy looking forward to classes, performances, and time with friends.
Sorry, I got the wrong website. I was looking for "uncloggers" as my kitchen sink won't drain anymore. Can you help me? Nice site anyway. I'll keep checking it and maybe I'll get to a performance sometime.
Great job on the website! ALMOST makes me want to "dance!" Glad to see you aren't involved with bagpipes!!!!!Your favorite title searcher,Cheri
Killer site. What excatly do you clog? Keep up the good work.
do you love me now that I can dance? guess who...
Happy Birthday October 26 to Sara Medler!! That girl can dance*****:)
Who is Sara????? I know a Sarah.....
Happy FEET, Ann...Should we send this to M.J.???
Great website and pictures! Hope to see you guys in action someday soon.
Hey, I just took another look at your web-site. Very interesting, but also suspicious. I checked out those "cue-sheets". They looked like some type of secret code to me. Then I saw that photo of C.T. with the long white beard. I began to wonder if you guys were a traveling terrorist group. Then when I saw your "Clogging in the heart" slogan, it became clear. Your dancing is just a cover. After your show, people eat deserts with cholesterol building saturated fat which causes the "clogging in the heart" that you so cleverly refer to. This is leading to wide-spread massive coronary thrombosis. I'm on to you, and your little group of deadly dancers. You must be stopped before it's too late, and Super Trooper Bob is going to do everything in his power to...(never mind...Terry just gave a big piece of apple pie ala-mode and the ice cream is melting. I have to sign off now)
This great group knows more vines than Boonesfarm..... 8 count vine, loop vine, slur vine, vine and run, vine heart belongs to Texas and other such steps. I hope they know a good therapist.
I think there might be a Scot, or is that a Scotch??
Great Christmas show!!!! Those elves are reeaally "cookin"!!!!
Awesome show last night! We brought the house down!
I am so glad it snowed last week. Otherwise, I would not have been able to see that magnificent performance at Christmas in the Village. I sure hope it snows early next year too... I can hardly wait to see them again!
I'm so glad this group brings so much joy to so many people. If they did not have this activity they would probably be dropping by at each other's workplace to chat, calling each other on the phone thinking they are witty or hanging out at the local bakery.
Love the pic's, but dont you think you could make your outfits a little more outrageous, I mean they are kinda dull, haha just kidding. It all looks awesome, I feel bad a live so far away.
This IS a fantastic group-family, actually!!! BUT - how would "worka Holic KNOW if the members are calling each other or hanging out at the bakery when SHE is NEVER at HER wok phone to answer?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!???!
Maybe if Work a Holic spent more time appreciating the simple things in life and not "work" so much, they wouldn't be so hard on the people that do. I mean come on, who doesn't like a trip to the bakery, or to ski at lunch or to just hang out at work and talk and tell stories about family and friends then prank call people and just have fun. I mean really come one. Maybe if they were a professional at something they would understand. Maybe therapy would work??
Oh my, I was trying to find a dance site, and stumbled across this terrorist site with the clever disguises and code names. Now I'm probably on the warch lit for the FBI, the CIA, the ATF, and the ASPC and even more top secret agencies whose initials I don't even know. At least now there are pictures of you dancing terrorists so I can either secretely spy on you or run for cover when I spot you!
Ho Ho Ho and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas!!!
What about a top 10 2008 review? Some top secret terrorist type activities can not be listed of course. And what kind of gold powder exactly is on "the golden shoe award"? Whenever beginners get beyond Harry's Haunted Haloween song - that is memorable. And how exactly does Sarah get away with dodging her birthday? Lori gets on the list because we have mercy for people in wheelchairs - get well and hurry back!
Due to the high demand from one of my most studious students, here is a list of the top 14 from the 2008 year.1.The Golden Shoe Award 2.New Beginners class 3.Library dance dancing to live celtic music 4.The float in the parade 5.80's retro dresses 6.Relay 7.Double nursing home gig 8.8 Bearded Ladies 9.Canada 10.Clog Party 11.Christmas in the Village with Lori as Santa and "The Apron Lady" 12.The practically professional clogger dancing to Rocky Top 13.The Team 14.This web page.I think if some people didn't have this way cool web page to play on all day, they would never get anything done. It's nice that we are able to have such a fun place to hang out.
I can't think of anything that would top 8 bearded ladies, but bring on 2009!!!!
I was wondering what happened to my rogue carnies. Now I know. Please don't bother coming back.
Seems to me that with all of these holidays and all of the new "comments" in the "Guest Book" - SOME people have waaaay tooo much time on their hands and feet!!!!
Wishing everyone the best 2009! Let's make it a great year!!
Enjoyed the picture and enjoyed your performance at our 2008 ACS Relay for Life Roscommon County and look forward to your performance this year in July!!!! God Bless and keep up the good job! Mary
Hey clogger bloggers - I need to pick one song to work on in addition to our new "amazing grace" Which do you all suggest? My choices include: Great Defenders, Sky Full, Boogie Shoes, the one with the tractor step??, and some more I can't even remember without my folder sitting here. If I'm only learning one at a time I may have better success at remembering things...now what was I just talking about??
I see Pro-Clogger International is back--what luck. They must have learned some new moves and can't wait to show them off. Or is that medals that they won? Maybe if they spent more time practicing, they would know all the dances and wouldn't have to pick just one. Maybe some ginko might help with the memory. Or, we could get some flash cards?? Old age is just hard......
Happy Birthday Sue Medler - Jan. 29 I believe. If I'm a bit off on the date, I know I'm in range. At least I can dance....
I seem to think that blabber blobber has blabbed way too many blabbs as once agsin she is mistaken. Maybe next time she will remember more clearly, but since she doesn't take her Ginko I highly doubt she can retain much of anything. Maybe you should take notes instead. Flash cards don't seem to be a workin!!
Blabber Blobber appears to be trying hard to dance but maybe she would be able to remember MORE than one routine at a time if she was MORE "team-oriented"!!! Seems she would rather SKI (ugh!) than dance (with or without memory enhancement!) (WHAT'S ginko???)
Wow - finally a cowabunga step!! D-HHHHHH-SL DS-RS DS-RS. What talent!!
Totally rad dude! Let's scarf down some pizza and do a little jig.
Ahhh - finally a moment where I am not busy and can contemplate all things important. Does anyone find it curious that there is such an "animal section" in the celtic dance? Goats, donkeys, horses and turtles. Where are the leprechans??
Just a note to say, how glad I am it will finally be warming up, so I won'tneed a COAT anymore. Sure would hate tolose it.....AHA...Gotta love animals, if your gonnadance for Just for Kicks....
Dear Coatless,Seems as if I know of someone that might have an extra coat. It's red. Do you like red?
Coat of arms? Coat of Paint? What Coat? Get orgainized, keep track of your stuff and watch out for people who like to throw exciting solo's into the middle of established numbers like the Scottish piece.
An exciting solo is okay-teacher always wants us to be SPONTANEOUS and CREATIVE, doesn't she??? Speaking of coats- our dance floor needs some "GLO-COAT"!!!!
Actually, I really, really love red... A COAT or skirt or whatever. Someone I know does have ONE red coat. Apparently one is not enough. Watch out for the dance soloist in the group. I hear THAT person TRY'S to STEAL the show also...
Speaking of Redcoats.... We have a Scottish piece, an Irish Piece.. what do those Brits dance to? Are they resonsible for that wierd techno stuff? I thought they were all prim and proper. No one in this class is prim and proper. No one in this class can seem to remember what color shirt to wear when we only have 2 choices to start with.
Why does no one like the other colors? I see it's all about red. What about yellow or green or orange? How do you think they feel being left out? Do you ever think about the little people?
Kudo's to Caroline and Rachel on their new routine. Especially for Caroine to start as a new beginner back this fall and then to watch her last night was AWESOME!! Kudo's to Sarah as the instructor!!!
Awesome picture and article in the paper Sarah.....Great job.... Tom and I were very impressed with you and Ares.. The President's Trophy...What an Honor. Not only are you a great Instructor, but,a Superb Rider and Horse Women. Keep up the good work..
Maybe we should all learn to keep our hands to ourselves so we don't end up taking each others things--hmmmmm?? Seems like everyone is trying to steal "everything" (such as coats, the spotlight, fame and glory) from each other. But I have sweet skills.
Hey Klept -O- Matic. did you notice that a couple of us were trying to be serious and dish out some well deserved compliments on this site? Can you stay with a theme for even 10 minutes? You obviously don't even have any computer hacking skills.
I see that our fearless leader is out horsing around somewhere this week. It's a good thing that we are all so talented and don't really need much practice anyways. I personally have been out on several bike rides and have spent some actual time contemplating if I should practice on my own a bit. Maybe the cletic piece? Naw.... I'm giving myself credit for mere contemplation.
I wish I could be like Pro Clogger International. I wish I could be like Pro Clogger International. I wish I could be like Pro Clogger International. If I click my ruby red clog shoe heels together three times, will it work?
RUBY RED CLOG SHOES!???!?!?!? WOW!!!!! Those would look cool with the "red coats" that keep disappearing!!!!!
It seems to me the group photo needs to be updated. Instead of horsing around we could do that. We are in high demand lately for performances. Like our ego's need more help.
I can bust a move better than anyone else. Watch my sweet dancing skills. I even out dance myself! I am the Dancing Machine and I move like a washing machine. Turn me loose and watch out!
I hear one of us is getting married????
Hi all, from the master of the chicken scratch move
Do you serve cake at your events?
But of course! And Ice Cream too!!!!
What heavenly dresses on the new photo's. does anyone in the group have any fashion sense?
Oh yes, and those SOCKS!!!! Those lovely socks are just a must for this year. Everyone needs a pair of them, even posers!!!
SOCKS!!!! Just what is it with that one dancer and the color RED!?!?!?!? and - - - Is she teaching that little girl or is it vice-versa??? Either way wouldn't hurt!!!
yummy me love to eat socks
CONGRATULATIONS TO Camarin for winning the GOLDEN SHOE and being CLOGGER OF THE YEAR!!! GREAT JOB MRS. TALARICO!!!
It is a GREAT HONOR to have this award bestowed upon me. Thanks to all. I am very lucky to be part of such a wonderful team.
We welcome our newest Golden Girl!!!
Wanted to Thank You so much for bringing so much joy to our residents last Wednesday evening! Your group radiate's so much energy....the residents talked about the dance for days. Each one had a different dancer that they thought was just excellent. The residents here have asked me to not let The Just For Kicks Cloggers to get away!! Thank You again it means so much to them. I'll write back in the fall for a return performance. Sincerely, Darlene Cloud Activitiy Director
Congratulations to the new "Intermediate" cloggers. They have offically graduated from the beginner class!!!! We are very proud of you all!!!
Me want dinner
If "clogger of the corn" were a movie what category would it be in?
"clogger of the corn" would be in the CORNY sci-fi category!!!!!
Hey, I think she's taking business away from me. Not cool corn lady
there's NO WAY "clogger of the corn" is sweeter than I am!!
Long live the corn!!!!! Go Huskers!!!
Great website! I stand at least partially educated on this great dancing. Dan Sherry
What a great trip this weekend. The video speaks for itself!!!!!
Love the video...keep em coming!
WOW! What a fantastic fulfillment of fancy footwork!! Great show!!!!!!
To the clogging Crawford County Circuit Court Clerk, Can I come clean with a critical complaint? Clearly you current cruise to Canada to continue this clogging craze with your cute little club, has caused considerable confusion at the Crawford County Courthouse. Can you conceivably comprehend the collosal conundrum this has caused for curious cops crawling through the cubicles contained in the courthouse, taking a crack at collecting and circulating countless corespondences, citations, and chronicles concerning citizens and criminals combined, without the collective cooperation of courthouse comptrollers? Can you conceptualize the conclusion that I have come to? Your crazy Cogging classes and concerts can not conflict with the Crawford County Court calendar! In closing, could you be more considerate in the coming chronology?Concerned Copper BobP.S. Could you carry a copy to Camarin in her corner cubicle, and one to your creator and childhood caretaker at the Crawford County Control Center?
I love the still pics from your Christmas in the Village performance. You guys look too cool.Hey - who is the other short chick with the white braids?Maybe one day you'll have an awesome video person that will be able to download movies of your performances...or maybe you'll just get stuck with the lame'o chick you have that takes weeks to update your data.Good luck finding someone with technical knowledge that meets your level of dancing ability. :)
Hey that video guy is the best! He should be at every practice so as to chronicle our journey to greatness
Yeah I think we should hire him. I hear he's really good looking (hot) too. Speaks with an accent no less! I think he just wants to be a clogging groupie- we should let him make his dreams come true......
MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!! and a HAPPY NEW CLOGGING YEAR!!!!
Wishing all the cloggers a happy and healthy Christmas and new year!
You need to start 2010 with a bang...Do a clogging routine before the ball drops at Times Square or better yet get your own special show in Nashville.Great job, keep on smiling and have a wonderful new clogging year!!!
Happy New Year wishes everyone a happy and healthy new year. No more spills, falls, tumbles, skiing, running, ladders, curbs/ gutters or horsey accidents this year. Happy New Year!!
Some of my top 10 memories of 09.... 1- Lori returns! 2- Showing up to the new fall yr and realizing the beginer class is as big as the itermediate class 3- Sue's cookies 4- The rest of any of Sue's food 5- Tom's cool decorated tractor 6- Sarah figuring out to sit down if she has something she needs us to pay attention to 7- It takes an entire village (people) to act crazy. 8- friends 9- fun 10- DANCING
Guess what we will be learning in class next?? (insert evil laugh here muahahahaa muahahahaha)
I just checked the comments since 12/09 and hear there is a new hot video man. Wow! I guess I do have more to learn from sensei...whatever will she be teaching us in class today???
Hi Sarah, Just visited your site...Excellent...watched the video's and will let Duffy know that you posted a video of your choreography of YMCA clogging dance to Village People at the workshop in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Keep having fun clogging and you guys are really GREAT.Chuck
In the beginning . . . . there was doubt, turmoil and fright. Week #1 is done and - by golly - there IS a light!!!!
Hey kids - I'm out at Yosemite. Got snowed out of my tent - wind took it and broke a pole/ripped it. Taking a break in town at the local Best Western Have not run into any cloggers out here but I am on the lookout. will try the local goldmine bar tonight to see if they are there. Try not to introduce new songs while I am gone - you all know how long it takes me to catch on and catch up.
did Death valley - deathly- did yosemite- snow and rocks did Sequoia (my favorite) and Kings Canyon -big trees. May dance in Vegas tonight - or may just go to sleep at 7pm
I need pictures!!! And if you see Elvis, tell my dad hello for me. Are you going to be late for class again this week????
Yo- nice website. first time I have actually signed in here. I chose this great occastion- congratulations to Sarah on KCC Alumnus of the Year 2010! We are blessed to have you in our community. go get em with a great speech Fri 20th. You could conclude with a little Charleston.
You guys ere awesome at the Miss Roscomon County Beauty Pageant last year
Looking forward to seeing you at the Roscommon County Fair in August.
Oh what will we do with all this free time from dance class????
It was great to meet you at Pinto World. Congrats on your winnings. I hope to see you again.
The clogging demonstration at the Car Show in Grayling this past weekend was absolutely wonderful. It was so good to see so many on the sideline join in and partipating. This was a very energetic program that created a sense of pride in our community. The group should be performing in more public shows.
that car show was so much fun!!!!!!!! Dancing in the middle of the street. What a blast. Let's do it again.
I have got my own dance station I just now started. I'm checking the web for new dancing steps or dance lessons I can teach in my station. Appreciate the time you spent to share this.
Your performance at the carshow was totally awesome. Actually it was even better than that but I don't know what the word would be. Makes me wish I had some rhythym of my own! Can I be a groupie?
HiJust wanted to say I really enjoyed your Disco Inferno dance at the Blistered Feet Workshop!!
